If you’re having trouble recording a video in the Soomo video recorder, first review the general technical requirements for your webtext. If your device and browser meet those requirements, use the tips below to make sure your device is compatible with the video recorder tool.
Enable your microphone and camera. If you’re not sure how, take a look at our step-by-step guide.
Confirm that your browser is up to date.
Check your internet speed. We recommend a minimum download speed of 1.5 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 0.5 Mbps. You can check your speed by running a Google speed test.
Close unused browser tabs and other programs. This can help free up space on your device and allow the recorder to run more smoothly.
