When you’ve received feedback in the Soomo video recorder, you will see a speech bubble icon to the right of the speech that has markers or comments ready for your review. The speech bubble icon will also show you how many markers or comments you’ve received.
View feedback
To view the feedback, select a video.
You’ll then see all of the feedback you’ve received in the panel on the right. As you watch your video, comments will appear below it at the time they were left. You can also click on a particular comment or marker to be taken to the exact place in the video where the comment was made.
If someone has left you audio or video feedback, click the Play button in the comment panel to listen to or watch it.
Reply to feedback
If you’d like to reply to feedback you’ve received, click the arrow button next to the comment.
When you’re finished with your reply, click the send icon to post it.
