To record a video with the Soomo video recorder, you may need to enable your camera and microphone in your browser.

If you are still having trouble after trying the steps below for your browser, reach out to Support using the Soomo Messenger button in the lower-right corner, and we would be happy to help.

Chrome

When you record for the first time using the Soomo video recorder, you may be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone. In the prompt that appears in your browser, select one of the Allow options to continue.

If you do not see this prompt and the video recorder cannot access your microphone or camera, try clicking on the sliders icon to the left of the browser URL. Then enable the camera and microphone using the toggles.
