If you’re not happy with a video you’ve submitted for a speech assignment, you can delete it from your recordings by moving it to the Trash. Videos you move to the Trash are visible only to you.
Keep in mind that you can’t delete a video if your instructor has already graded the assignment or given you feedback.
Delete a video
From the Recordings tab in the Soomo video recorder, identify the video you wish to delete. Now click the three dots on the right side of your selected video and select Move to Trash.
In the pop-up that appears, click Move to Trash again to confirm or Cancel to go back to the Recordings tab.
Restore a video
If you’d like to restore a video you deleted, first click over to the Trash tab.
Locate the video you wish to restore. Then, click the three dots on the right side of the video and select Restore. This will move the video back to your list of recordings in the Recordings tab.
Permanently delete a video
If you would like to permanently delete a video from the Soomo video recorder, first click over to the Trash tab. From there, click the three dots on the right side of the video you wish to permanently delete and select Delete Permanently. Note that this action cannot be undone.
In the pop-up that appears, click Delete Permanently again to confirm or Cancel to go back to the Trash tab.
