The Notifications panel in the webtext can be expanded by activating the Notifications button located at the top of the page near the Contents and Tools buttons.

In this panel, you will find controls to filter notifications by Unread and All, controls to sort by date, and a list of links to your notifications.

Note: The relevant comment or heading for each notification will become focused after you activate a notification item within the Notifications panel.
