After students answer multiple-choice questions, they have the option to reset them and try again.
Some pages only allow students to reset their multiple-choice questions a limited number of times.
If a student is out of attempts but you want them to be able to try again, you can reset the questions for them.
Step 1: Access Analytics
First, access Analytics. Find the student’s name (you can use the search bar at the top) and then click on the blue box for the relevant page.
Step 2: Reset the student’s questions
From the page detail view, you can do the following:
See which multiple-choice questions the student answered correctly or incorrectly.
Reset all multiple-choice questions on that page.
Tip: On pages with limited attempts, you can view the student’s attempt history to see if the maximum number of attempts has been reached. If it has not been reached, the student can reset their own questions.
How students view your feedback
When you reset student work, the student will receive a notification in the upper right corner of their webtext.
Students also receive emails when they have new notifications.
