Do you give refunds?

If you bought a passkey from your school bookstore, you will need to contact them about their return policy. 

Once you’ve purchased access to your webtext via credit card directly through our website, no refund will be issued. However, if you take a course using the same webtext in the future, we will transfer your payment. (We don’t make you pay twice for the same webtext!) 

In most cases, it’s possible to sign up for a free trial before paying for your webtext (you’ll see the option on the payment screen). The free trial provides limited access to your webtext, which varies by course. If you are unsure about staying enrolled in a course, this is a good option to consider.

We can’t provide refunds for print-on-demand paper copies of our webtexts. But if you have an issue with your order, please get in touch!
