What if my work isn’t syncing?

All the work you do offline is saved inside the app, but it won’t show up in your webtext on a computer until your mobile device goes online again.

To confirm your work is fully synced, open the Settings menu.

If you have any unsynchronized work, you’ll see the unsynced pages listed.

If you delete the app, any unsynced work that you completed while offline will be lost.

Once your mobile device has connected to the internet, this work will be delivered automatically, and the list of unsynchronized work will be cleared. If your work isn’t syncing, reach out to Soomo Support.
