If you see a small yellow number at the bottom of your app screen, this indicates unsynced work. The work is safely saved on your mobile device, but it will not show up on the web if you log in to your webtext on a computer. 

Once your mobile device has connected to the Internet, make sure to open your webtext and flip through a couple of pages. This will help the app realize that it is now connected to the Internet, and then the answers should begin syncing.

If that doesn't help, try force-quitting the app and reopening. (On an iOS device, that involves pressing the home button twice and then swiping up on the app. On an Android device, you can force-quit by hitting the back button until the app exits.)

If there is still no change at that point, take a screenshot of where the app is showing unsynced answers and send it to us. Then we can investigate. 

For Apple mobile devices, you can take a screenshot by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top or side of your device.
  2. Immediately press and release the Home button.
  3. When the screen flashes, you know the screenshot has been saved to your photos.

For Android mobile devices, you can take a screenshot by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/wake button.
  2. Immediately press the volume-down button simultaneously.
  3. When the screen flashes, you know the screenshot has been saved to your photos.
