If you’re having a problem, a screenshot can help us get to the bottom of things quickly.

To take a screenshot using a Mac or Apple computer:

  1. Press Command + Shift + 3.
  2. Find your screenshot on your desktop.

When using a Windows computer or a PC:

  1. Find the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. The Print Screen key will usually be abbreviated to "PrtSc" or something similar. This button may have other text on it as well, and is usually located to the top right.
  2. Press the ⊞ Windows key and the Print Screen key at the same time.
  3. You'll find the screenshot inside of the "Screenshots" folder, which is inside of your computer's "Pictures" folder.

You can attach the screenshot to an email, or attach it to a message in the Soomo Messenger in the corner.

If all else fails, take a picture of the screen with the camera app on your smartphone and send that to us!

For Apple mobile devices, you can take a screenshot by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top or side of your device.
  2. Immediately press and release the Home button.

For Android mobile devices, you can take a screenshot by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button.
  2. Immediately press the volume-down button simultaneously.
  3. When the screen flashes, you know the screenshot has been saved to your photos.
