If you're having a problem, a screenshot can help us get to the bottom of things quickly. 

Here is how to take a screenshot using either a Mac or Windows computer. 

You can attach the screenshot to an email, or attach it to a message in the Soomo Messenger in the corner. 

If all else fails, take a picture of the screen with the camera app on your smartphone and send us that!

For Apple mobile devices, you can take a screenshot by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top or side of your device.
  2. Immediately press and release the Home button.
  3. When the screen flashes, you know the screenshot has been saved to your photos.

For Android mobile devices, you can take a screenshot by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/wake button.
  2. Immediately press the volume-down button simultaneously.
  3. When the screen flashes, you know the screenshot has been saved to your photos.
